Confirmed exhibitors receive access to the Exhibitor Manual, where the Big 5 Global Impact Trail application form is available within the Marketing Manual.
Complete the form with information about your product, including its sustainability benefits, supporting certifications, measurable impact and any relevant images or supporting materials.
Our team will review your application as per the eligibility criteria. Approved products will be featured on the Big 5 Global Impact Trail and receive additional visibility before and during the event.
The earlier you apply, the more opportunities there may be to feature your product in pre-event Big 5 Global Impact Trail marketing campaigns.
Who can apply?
To be considered for the Big 5 Global Impact Trail, you must:
- Be a confirmed exhibitor at Big 5 Global 2026 or one of its co-located events.
- Showcase a product or solution that demonstrates environmental and/or social sustainability benefits.
- Provide supporting information about the product, including its sustainability contribution, measurable impact and any relevant certifications where applicable.
Applications are accepted until 16 October 2026.
