Expo City Dubai is an innovation-driven, people-centric community at the new centre of Dubai’s future. A world-class free zone and the UAE’s first Green Innovation District, it attracts environmentally conscious companies, while its master plan is pre-certified LEED Platinum and is the first in the MENA region to achieve WELL Community pre-certification. Bringing together businesses, major events, and cultural experiences, Expo City is now putting future-ready urban living into practice, welcoming its first residents to its sustainable homes designed for health and wellbeing.
