Here's how you can invite your clients to the event for free and save them AED 250
Visitor vouchers
- Login to the manual and click on ‘Badges/Invites’
- Select ‘Invite Visitors’
- Invite your clients through visitor vouchers
- Use the bulk-upload feature to invite more clients at once
- Track invitations in the ‘Manage visitor tickets’ section
Unique promo code
- Login to the manual and click on ‘Marketing Manual’
- Click on ‘Your unique promo code link’
- Copy and share your custom link with your network
- Track who registers using your code
Here's how to register for your exhibitor badges to access the app
Please note that registering for your exhibitor badges and access to the event app is mandatory. Without it, you won’t be able to access the app, see who’s attending, scan leads or book meetings.
- Click on ‘Upload badges’ on the manual.
- Once redirected, click on ‘Staff registration’.
- Select ‘Registration with email’.
- Fill out the fields manually or by excel-import.
- Review your submission details.
- The confirmation email will be sent to your colleague.
- Go to ‘Manage exhibitor tickets’ to track registrations.
