Register your badges early
It sounds simple, but it's key. Registering your team's badges ahead of time saves you time onsite, helps us support you better and ensures you're ready to go from the moment the doors open.
- Login to the manual and click on ‘Badges/Invites’
- Select ‘Invite Visitors’
- Invite your clients through visitor vouchers
- Use the bulk-upload feature to invite more clients at once
- Track invitations in the ‘Manage visitor tickets’ section
- Login to the manual and click on 'Marketing Manual'
- Click on 'Your unique promo code link'
- Copy and share your custom link with your network
- Track who registers using your code
Please note that registering for your exhibitor badges and access to the event app is mandatory. Without it, you won’t be able to access the app, see who’s attending, scan leads or book meetings.
