Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of Nedamco Africa which is a privately held, international investment company, based in Bloemendaal, the Netherlands. As a private investor Nedamco’s primary focus is impact, not just financial returns. We aim to have a major impact - on our planet, on the climate and on education. We use our investments to create a more sustainable, cleaner, and fairer world, and at the same time have a long-term solid financial result. At Nedamco, sustainable, financial, and social impact go hand in hand. Nedamco Africa focuses on investments in technology, cloud skills, digital twins, climate tech and sustainability across Africa.
A seasoned international leader with 25+ years of experience in senior executive, having worked at McKinsey, IBM, Microsoft, AWS and Oracle, Michael is described as passionate about the positive climate impact technology and business can have, very focused and strongly results-oriented, a convinced team player who strives for continuous improvement and people excellence. He has a passion for anything new and fast emerging beyond the horizon.
