Michael has over 24 years of extensive international leadership and general management experience at CxO and board levels with significant P&L responsibility.
Through the experience of being a CEO, General Manager, COO, CMO, and Chief Strategy Officer he has gained operational and strategic knowledge of all major business areas, such as operations, strategy, marketing, sales, partnerships, alliances, and consulting.
Michael has successfully managed businesses in both developed and emerging markets (operated in Western Europe, Central and Eastern Europe, China, Middle East and Africa, LATAM, and Asia).
He is passionate about three areas – people, transformation of businesses, as well as the opportunities emerging through technology, innovation and transformation.
